Job Profile:

The applicant /candidate will play the role of “hunter” and consistently build and develop a premium client base (high net-worth individuals) of Sadara customers; manage & monitor Sadara portfolio/relationships ensuring continuous management and maximization of profits; develop business and marketing strategies, provide full-service banking and all transactions through all appropriate company services.

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Sadara segment. Track the balance activity of all accounts. Grow revenue, increase AUM of portfolio and increase inflows of net new money (NNM), and achieve growth by leveraging brand, channels and RM network.
  • Conduct frequent meetings to review sales performance and sales activities.
  • Effective coordination with across departments to meet targets. Ensure smooth functioning with other Sadara centers.
  • Ensure high level of customer experience and minimize/eliminate customer complaints.
  • Resolve operational issues pertaining to Sadara clients.
  • Report all found risk elements pertaining to the existing customers.
  • Keep regular watch on the market developments.
  • Make regular recommendations to head / line manager about the new facilities required in Sadara Center.
  • Regular visits to clients/customers should be conducted.
  • Open accounts in line with the customer’s satisfaction and in line with Bank Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead by example by exhibiting behaviors consistent with UAB values.
  • Ensures client’s objectives are met through an appropriate selection of products within the client portfolio and ensures clients are aware of their level of risk.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAB and other relevant regulatory guidelines and requirements. Ensure all KYCs are up to date and of good quality.
  • Documentation of client interactions; all relevant client interactions have to be documented.

Experience, qualifications & competencies:

  • Bachelor Degree through recognized University.
  • Internationally recognized financial qualification, such as CFA, ICWIM. 5 year’s experience in a leadership role in the UAE financial services industry.
  • 8 years practical banking experience, at least 5 years in wealth management (Premium Banking) as RM in UAE.
  • Effective Communication skills.
